Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some Asian and remote regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Food & Kitchen products
- Base Layers (due to hygiene considerations)
- Hunting Gloves (once removed from packaging)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked during purchase)
Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email our hunter-certified support team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with an RMA number and instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original items and packaging
- Ship Returns: Send to our Indianapolis facility at your expense (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Inspection: Our quality team will process your return within 3 business days of receipt
