Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Non-Returnable Items (Based on Product Analysis):

  • Food & Kitchen: For health and safety reasons
  • Base Layers: Due to hygiene considerations
  • Hunting Gloves: Once removed from packaging
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked during purchase

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with an RMA number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original items and packaging
  4. Ship Returns: Send to our Indianapolis facility at your expense (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
  5. Inspection: Our quality team will process your return within 3 business days of receipt
