  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+): Delivered by EMS in 15-25 days after dispatch

A: Our hunter-certified staff processes all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (August-November), we maintain this quick turnaround with additional staff.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers should note that customs fees may apply and delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We’ll email you tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched. You can follow your gear’s journey from our Indianapolis facility to your hunting lodge.
